This course provides a valuable guide to international trade operations and contains a sample of relevant documents in doing export-import. This course will discuss the analysis of market potential, choosing for foreign business partners, developing export strategy, foreign trade rules, regulations, export licensing and administration, international logistic processes, and foreign exchange transactions, as well as documents needed to carry out export and import. Focus learning process: (1) Analyzing international opportunities; (2) Selecting and managing entry modes; (3) Preliminary considerations of doing export and import; (4) Regulation related to export and import; (5) The process of export and import related to logistics, foreign exchange transaction, and documents needed. Students in this course are required to practice the knowledge by doing interview from exporter and importer related to the process conducting export and import, and preparing the documents related to the case study.
